Not quite enough freezer space to buy a side – no problem! A Quarter of beef was designed for those with small freezers or family’s of two! Maybe this is your first time purchasing in bulk and you want to “check it out” before buying a side, whatever your reason the Butcher Block has you covered.
Our quarters are half of a half meaning you get to enjoy some delicious cuts from both the front and hind – think Ribeyes and T-Bones! When you purchase a quarter of beef you get to customize your types/cuts of meat as well as package sizes. The choices are endless! We strive to provide exceptional customer service and will walk you through the cut sheet, asking the right questions to get the most out of your bulk beef purchase! We love to introduce you to some fun cuts that are next to impossible to find at your local grocery store! Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing of your beef, as these are harvested when you place your order.
